Our mission is to make football accessible to everyone, and we take pride in creating a supportive community for all football enthusiasts including coaches and creatives.
OUR FOUNDER AND HEAD COACH
Ace Francis Ashmeil is a UEFA-licensed football coach and founded ACE Development Academy in 2017.
With experience across the women’s football pyramid, Ace played for clubs including QPR, Crystal Palace, and AFC Wimbledon. Her journey through grassroots and semi-professional football shaped a strong commitment to player development, clear pathways, and long-term progression.
Ace holds a UEFA B Licence and has worked within the England Women’s Talent Pathway, supporting the identification and development of high-potential players. Her coaching spans community, school, and elite environments, including international delivery, with a focus on technical development, confidence, and holistic player support.
Through ACE Development Academy, Ace bridges the gap between community football and performance pathways, ensuring accessible, inclusive, and affordable opportunities for players of all backgrounds—while supporting both on- and off-pitch development.
